What is your Cancellation Policy?
Appointments made at our office with either the dentist or hygienist are reserved exclusively for you. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, we would appreciate being informed at least 24 hours in advance. To cancel, please call our office at 952-209-0747.
We understand that on occasion life happens and cancellations are necessary. Without adequate time to fill that appointment with another patient, however, the staff and time are not utilized properly and our overhead for that time slot still occurs. Therefore, without at least a 24-hour notice of an appointment change, we reserve the right to charge a $50 broken appointment/last-minute cancellation fee.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes! Here is our new patient process:
Call our office to schedule your first appointment. Our staff will provide you with new patient paperwork to fill out ahead of your first visit.
During your first visit we’ll review your medical and dental history, perform an exam and necessary x-rays, and discuss a personalized treatment plan.
Insurance and payments:
We accept most major dental insurance plans and will file claims on your behalf.
Payment options and financing plans are available for uninsured or out-of-pocket care.
Our front-desk team can provide an estimate and explain benefits before treatment.
